Hello everyone, hopefully your Holidays were great, and you even managed to squeeze in a little turning time. Ever heard of a Volcano Salt Urn? Allen Stratton will be explaining all about it at our first meeting of the new year. This is a fairly simple project that will help hone your spindle turning skills while working with jam chucking techniques. Since Allen lives in Utah, this will be an Interactive Remote Demo. (IRD) For those of you new to the club, this means we will still be meeting in the studio as usual, but we will be watching Allen demonstrate live from Utah. This allows us to see a greater variety of topics without all the associated travel costs.
