[ The idea is to take us out of our "comfort zone" and make something we might not ordinarily turn

   while learning new skills. Expanding our collective woodturning horizon is the hope.]


JANUARY            Birdhouse (any size on a stand)

FEBRUARY          Any Segmented or Laminated project

MARCH               Tea Light (any size > 4" wide)

APRIL                 Muddler, Gavel, Mallet, or Mortar and Pestle set

MAY                    Rolling Pin (any size > 9")

JUNE                   Lidded Bowel with Finial (>4" with at least one embellishment)

JULY                   Magic Wand or Chopsticks (at least 8" long)

AUGUST              Fruit (any size - include a stem - real fruit typically has one)

SEPTEMBER        Key-chain Rack or coat Rack (any size with 3 or more hooks)

OCTOBER            Trivet or Coaster Set (Min. 2/set with at least 1 embellishment)

NOVEMBER         Christmas Ornament
